freely, or use <User's Application Datasheet> forms. After
carefully filled, send to our support engineer <engineer@fullsense.com>. So that you
would get a <User's Application Suggestion> or <User's Application
Solution> from our specialist.
If order by recommendation of selection and configurations from our
engineers with "User's Application Solution", we assure the
successful application in your process, just if you run everything normally by
operation manual. If user can not use it well in real case, we promise to
refund, if the user send back our instruments in 3 months without obvious
damage.
If user get recommendation of selection and configurations from our
engineers with "User's Application Suggestion", that means we
serve your application with carefully research, but we did not have the exact
same experiences for the asked example. Under such a case, we suggest that
users employ our “test service”. We will charge for this service, no
refundable, in spite of the results as to be succeed or fail. But if you order
later, this part of fee could be discounted from the total payment for goods.
For any cases, the fee and assurance for transportation should be paid by
order or users.
However, the quality of our products will be assured for at least 3 years
after distribution to agents, or 2 years after dispatch to users unless other
where announced.
